What we do:
We provide structured analysis of customer feedback to help founders identify patterns, priorities, and actionable insights.
Key Principles:
- Signal over volume: Focus on decision clarity, not long reports.
- Repeatability: Same structured workflow for every client.
- Bounded commitments: Only accept workloads we can complete on time.
- Service Scope: This service is available exclusively to residents of India with a valid UPI-linked bank account. We currently support English-language reviews only.
What we do NOT provide:
- Line-by-line review of every comment
- Legal, financial, or compliance advice
- Guarantees of business outcomes
2. How Analysis Works
- Feedback is processed using multi-step AI + human workflows.
- Outputs are structured, prioritized, and reviewed before delivery.
- Insights depend on quality of submitted data and context provided.

Notes:
- Price is locked at time of purchase; future orders billed at current rates.
- Partial submissions: Credits (1 credit = 1 review) expire after 90 days; top-ups reset the 90-day clock.
- Batch minimum: 50 reviews. Fewer reviews are charged as 50 credits.
4. Client Responsibilities
To ensure accurate and fast delivery, clients must:
- Submit 50+ reviews per batch
- Redact all PII (names, phone numbers, addresses)
- Provide correct Client ID (returning clients) or UTR (new/top-up payments)
- Respond promptly if verification issues arise
- Consistency: Returning clients should use the same email for every submission
- Session Integrity & Finality: Because we utilize ephemeral (incognito) AI sessions for your privacy, we do not maintain a persistent chat history. Each Decision Brief is a final delivery. Once a session is closed, we cannot access the previous state to answer follow-up questions or perform "minor tweaks." Any request for further analysis of the same data constitutes a new order.
NOTE : If a submission is rejected due to PII (personal info), corruption, or formatting issues, the 48-hour delivery clock resets to zero from the moment the corrected, 'clean' file is validated by the Provider.
5. Payment & Credits
Verification & Delivery Clock:
- UTR is primary verification; a screenshot may be requested if transaction cannot be confirmed
- Delivery clock pauses until payment and data integrity are verified.
- Examples: Payment cannot be confirmed, file requires redaction, or file format is corrupted
- The 48-hour clock resets once the clean file is received and verified
New/Returning Client Flow:
- New Clients: Pay full upfront via UPI, enter UTR
- Returning Clients:
- Sufficient credits: Enter Client ID; no payment needed
- Low/Zero credits: Enter Client ID + pay via UPI and provide UTR
Other rules:
- No partial or delayed payments
- Target: 48-hour delivery; >72 hours → 15% refund via UPI
- While 48 hours is our delivery target, the service is only considered 'Critically Delayed' after 72 hours. No partial refunds or credits are issued for deliveries made between the 48-hour and 72-hour mark.
6. Delivery & Processing Hours
- Standard of Time: All delivery timestamps and deadlines are calculated strictly according to Indian Standard Time (IST).
- Delivery Target: We aim to complete all deliveries within 48 calendar hours of validation.
- Processing Windows (IST):
- Mon–Thu: 6 PM – 11 PM
- Fri–Sun: 2 PM – 11 PM
- Clock Policy: The 48-hour countdown runs 24/7, including time outside of active processing windows.
- Example: A review validated Friday at 3 PM is targeted for delivery by Sunday at 3 PM.
- Delivery Format: Reports are delivered as standard PDF files. Alternative formats (such as CSV or Excel) are not provided unless specifically agreed upon in writing before the validation of the order.
7. Data Handling & Privacy
- Role: Provider = Data Processor; Client = Data Controller
- Mandatory Anonymization: Redact all PII
- Ephemeral AI Processing: All data analysis is conducted within non-persistent, incognito AI sessions (Temporary Chats).
- Zero-Training Guarantee: We explicitly disable chat history and model training for every session. Your data is never used to train global AI models or stored in AI-side cloud history.
- Stateless Workflow: Data exists within the AI environment only for the duration of the active analysis and is purged immediately upon session closure.
- Dual-Layer Deletion:
- AI Layer: Purged immediately upon session termination (Incognito/Temporary mode).
- Internal Layer: Secure local/Notion backups are permanently deleted 30 days after the Brief is delivered to the client.
- Consent: Submission implies consent for processing
Optional: Submit simplified CSV/Excel with only review text for fastest processing

Force Majeure: We are not liable for delays caused by technical failures, AI provider outages, or unforeseen circumstances
8. Refund Policy
- No refunds once processing begins
- Refund considered only if:
- Payment made but no data submitted
- Delivery fails due to provider error
Delay Refund: >72 hours → 15% partial refund automatically
- Credit-Based Orders: For orders processed using existing credits, any applicable refunds (including the 15% delay refund) will be issued as credit top-ups to the Client ID, not as cash.
9. Minor Status Disclosure & Guardian Oversight
- Service Status: This service is operated by an individual under the age of 18.
- Supervision: Financial transactions and data compliance are supervised by a Legal Guardian (Raj Kumar Jain).
- Payments: Payments are accepted via UPI only. All financial reconciliation is managed under guardian oversight to ensure professional and legal standards.
- Dispute Resolution: Any legal or service-related queries should be directed to reviewinsightlabs@proton.me.
10. Intellectual Property & Liability
- Ownership: Client receives non-exclusive license for internal use
- Provider retains all rights to workflows, code, and methodology
- AI Limitations: Insights are probabilistic; may contain inaccuracies
- Liability Limit: Maximum = amount paid; no liability for lost profits or decisions
- Termination Rights: Provider may suspend service for policy violations with notice
11. Additional Terms
- Post-Delivery Support: One Analysis Brief is provided per unique submission. Using existing credits for a new data upload constitutes a new order, triggering a separate delivery clock and Brief.
- Typos/Errors: Factual/technical errors corrected within 24 hours if reported within 3 days
- Governing Law: India, courts in Kota, Rajasthan
- Severability: Invalid clauses don’t affect the rest
- Social Media: Personal profiles of Siddhant Jain are not official support channels. All inquiries must go to reviewinsightlabs@proton.me. We are not liable for missed communications or data leaks occurring via social media DMs or public comments.
