FAQs

1. Is this just AI?
No. This is a controlled, multi-step analysis system designed to produce decision-grade output—not raw summaries.
2. Will this look like ChatGPT output?
No. Generic tools produce summaries. Our service delivers decision-oriented, founder-ready insights prioritized by frequency, severity, and revenue impact.
3. Why should I trust a new provider?
You aren’t paying for a brand name; you’re paying for a structured process that extracts signals from raw data and turns them into actionable decisions — without you building the analytical infrastructure.
4. Can I submit multiple reviews in one row?
Yes, but it’s strongly discouraged. Each row should represent one user review:
  • Merging multiple comments into one row reduces accuracy.
  • The system calculates priority and churn risk based on frequency; merging 10 reviews into one row counts as a single complaint.
5. What if my submitted review count doesn’t match the final report?
Pricing is based on submitted volume, not cleaned or removed entries.
6. Can I see an example?
Yes. Here’s a sample analysis based on 100 reviews.
7. Can I pay after delivery?
No. Payment is required upfront to reserve analysis time and start validation.
8. What if the brief confirms what I already suspected?
That is a valid and successful outcome.
This brief is not designed to generate novelty or surprise. It is designed to:
  • convert scattered feedback into forced priorities
  • identify which customer segments are actually at risk
  • eliminate ambiguity about what to fix, what to ignore, and what to pause
If the brief confirms your instincts with structured evidence, ranked risk, and explicit actions, it has fulfilled its purpose.
Revisions or disputes are considered only if the delivered brief fails to:
  • clearly identify the highest-risk issues
  • rank them using severity, frequency, and revenue exposure
  • provide explicit “fix / ignore / double-down” decisions
Disagreement with the conclusions does not constitute non-delivery.
9. What languages do you support?
To maintain maximum accuracy in sentiment scoring and revenue-impact analysis, our workflow is strictly optimized for English-language data. While multilingual processing is technically possible via translation, we currently support English only to ensure the most reliable, actionable insights for our users.
10. What file formats are accepted?
We accept .csv, .xlsx (Excel), and Google Sheets. As long as your data is in rows and columns, our system can process it. If your data is in a PDF or raw text document, please convert it to a spreadsheet before uploading.
11. How is this different from "Sentiment Analysis" tools?
Basic tools tell you if a user is "Happy" or "Sad." We tell you why they are leaving and what it’s costing you. We bridge the gap between "Data" and "Roadmap" by prioritizing fixes based on business impact, not just emotion.
12. Do you accept international payments (PayPal/Stripe)?
Currently, Review Insight Labs is optimized for the Indian ecosystem and accepts UPI payments only. We are planning to support international cards and global currencies in the coming months. If you are an international founder, please mail us, and we will notify you as soon as we scale.
UPI verification via UTR ensures faster validation and delivery without manual follow-ups.
13. If the delivery target is 48 hours, why is the refund only issued after 72 hours?
Our workflow is optimized to deliver your PDF within a 48-hour target window. However, the 72-hour mark serves as our "Hard Deadline."
The 24-hour gap between the target (48h) and the refund trigger (72h) allows for:
  • Edge Cases: Complex datasets that require extra manual oversight to ensure high-quality "revenue leak" detection.
  • Technical Buffers: Potential delays caused by AI provider outages or processing surges (as noted in our Force Majeure clause).
  • Verification: If we exceed 72 hours, a 15% partial refund is automatically initiated (or credited back for returning clients) as a penalty for missing our service standard.
